Overview of Refund Policy

Please read the refund policy before continuing.

We highly recommend verifying all the information entered before finalizing your application to avoid any errors.

If you find any incorrect details in the data you submitted to us, please notify us IMMEDIATELY via email for assistance.

a. No Refund Will Be Issued In the Following Cases:

  • Your eVisa application has already been processed.
  • The acknowledgment email contains incorrect details due to mistakes made during your submission.
  • You decide not to travel to Turkey.
  • You are denied entry at the Turkey Immigration Checkpoint.

If we have not yet processed your eVisa, you may be eligible for a refund. However, refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion, based on whether any expenses have already been incurred. To improve your chances of a refund, you must contact us immediately after making the payment. Any refunds issued (either partial or full) will be a courtesy and are not obligatory. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.

b. Full Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • Your application has been declined by the Turkey eVisa Department.

c. Partial Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • Your intended destination is restricted or not accepting tourists at the time of travel.
  • Your destination is affected by a natural disaster or a situation reported by global media, making travel impossible.

Refunds will be processed via the same method you used for payment. The refund process may take 15-20 working days. For cancellation or refund requests, please contact us via email.
