However, refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion, based on whether any expenses have already been incurred. To improve your chances of a refund, you must contact us immediately after making the payment. Any refunds issued (either partial or full) will be a courtesy and are not obligatory. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.
