By submitting your application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below, which govern how your electronic visa (eVisa) is processed, delivered, and accessed.
Upon successful submission and verification of your application, you may be prompted to download your eVisa immediately. If you proceed with the download, this action will constitute delivery of the eVisa. Ensure you save the downloaded document for use during your travels.
Alternatively, you may receive an email with instructions to download your eVisa. This email will be sent to the address you provided during the application. Receipt of this email will be considered delivery of your visa. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
If you're unable to download your eVisa or do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, you must contact our support team within 5 days of your application date. Failure to report download issues within this period will be considered as successful delivery of the eVisa.
Check your visa status anytime using our Visa Status Checker. You’ll need your reference number and passport number to proceed.
Please make sure you belong to a country listed in our eligible countries list. Applying from a non-eligible nationality may lead to cancellation.
