Overview of Cancellation Policy

Please read the Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before proceeding with your Turkey eVisa application.

We highly recommend verifying all information before finalizing your eVisa application to avoid mistakes or processing issues. Incorrect details may lead to delays or denials.

a. NO REFUND will be provided in the following cases:

  • Your Turkey eVisa application has already been processed.
  • The eVisa acknowledgment email contains invalid details due to errors made during submission.
  • You are no longer traveling to Turkey after submitting your application.
  • Your entry is denied at Turkish Immigration Checkpoints.

If your eVisa application has not yet been processed, we may consider offering a refund. However, this is at our discretion, depending on whether any processing costs have been incurred. We strongly advise you to notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Any refund, whether partial or full, is made as a courtesy, and we reserve the right to deny any refund request.

b. You are entitled to a FULL REFUND if:

  • Your Turkey eVisa application has been officially declined by the Turkish eVisa Department.

c. You are entitled to a PARTIAL REFUND if:

  • Your travel destination is restricted for tourists or visitors at the time of travel.
  • Your destination is affected by a natural disaster or similar global event, rendering travel impossible.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The refund process may take 15-20 business days. For any cancellation or refund requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
